Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: 16 June 2026 Last updated: 16 June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may and may not do when using the Services provided by LENIVIN AI L.L.C-FZ ("Lenivin AI", "we", "us"), including lenivin.ai, the AI Creator course, and any associated community spaces and downloads.
The AUP supplements the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between the AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.
By using the Services you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of the AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account, without refund, and may be reported to law-enforcement authorities where applicable.
1. Why We Have an AUP
The Services teach the use of artificial-intelligence tools to create commercial content. Powerful tools can be misused. This AUP makes clear what we expect of every User and what we will not tolerate. It protects our community, our brand, our payment partners, and the wider public.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not use the Services — including any AI tools you operate as part of the Services or with knowledge learned from them — to create, distribute, host, promote, or facilitate any of the following:
2.1 Illegal content
- Content that violates the laws of the United Arab Emirates, your country of residence, or the country in which the content is consumed.
- Content involving child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), or that sexualises any minor, in any form, including AI-generated. This is an absolute prohibition with no exceptions.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery of any person.
- Content depicting or promoting human trafficking, slavery, or forced labour.
- Content that infringes the intellectual-property rights of any third party (including copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, and rights of publicity).
- Content that violates export-control or sanctions law.
2.2 Deception and fraud
- Deepfake or synthetic media of a real person designed to deceive or to be passed off as authentic, including political disinformation and non-consensual face-swap content.
- Impersonation of any real person or entity, including Saveliy Lenivin, Lenivin AI staff, or any public figure, without their explicit consent and clear disclosure that the content is AI-generated.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading advertising, including AI-generated reviews or testimonials presented as authentic.
- Scam content, including phishing attempts, fake support pages, or fake authentication forms.
- Content designed to manipulate voting, elections, or other democratic processes.
2.3 Harm to people
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against any group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristic.
- Content that provides actionable instructions for the manufacture of weapons (firearms, explosives, biological, chemical, nuclear, radiological, cyber-weapons).
- Content that harasses, bullies, stalks, or doxxes any person.
- Content that involves the unauthorised disclosure of personal data ("doxxing").
2.4 Content of restricted nature
- Sexual content involving real persons without their explicit consent.
- Gambling, betting, lottery, or games-of-chance content of any kind, including where it is legal locally, unless you hold all required licences and we have given prior written approval.
- Content promoting illegal drugs or controlled substances.
- Content that markets or facilitates the sale of goods restricted by our payment partners — including firearms, ammunition, or weapons; tobacco or vaping products; prescription or other controlled drugs; and counterfeit, replica, or knowingly IP-infringing goods.
- Money-laundering, terrorist financing, Ponzi or pyramid schemes, multi-level-marketing recruitment, "get-rich-quick" offers, or the unlicensed sale of securities, crypto-assets, or other money-services activity.
- Medical advice, mental-health advice, legal advice, or financial advice presented as authoritative without proper qualifications and disclaimers.
3. Prohibited Conduct
In addition to the content prohibitions in §2, you must not:
- Share account access. Each seat is for one User. You may not share login credentials with another person, including a family member or colleague.
- Resell, redistribute, or pirate Course materials. This includes uploading videos to file-sharing services, sharing downloads in chat groups, or reselling individual modules.
- Build a competing course using our materials as a substantial source.
- Use scrapers, bots, or unauthorised tools to extract content from the Site or the LMS in bulk.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any part of our infrastructure without our prior written permission.
- Interfere with the Services, including by uploading malware, sending excessive traffic, or attempting denial-of-service.
- Spam or otherwise abuse community spaces, including by mass-tagging, off-topic promotion, multi-level-marketing recruitment, or unsolicited DMs.
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation with Lenivin AI.
- Use the Services to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark any machine-learning model without our prior written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services beyond what is permitted by mandatory applicable law.
- Circumvent payment controls, including using stolen payment instruments, gift-card fraud, or chargeback abuse.
4. Special Rules for AI Output
Because the Course teaches commercial AI content creation, we set the following additional rules for any AI Output you create during or after the Course (defined in Terms of Service §1):
4.1 Disclosure
When required by applicable law, by an industry code of conduct, or by the platform on which you publish:
- Disclose that the content is AI-generated or AI-assisted.
- Do not pass off AI Output as authored by a human if a reasonable person would not realise it was AI.
4.2 Real-person likeness
- Do not generate the likeness, voice, or identifiable physical attributes of a real person without that person's documented consent, except for:
- Public figures in clearly satirical, journalistic, or fair-use contexts where local law permits;
- Yourself; or
- Persons who have explicitly licensed their likeness to you.
4.3 Commercial work for clients
- Before delivering AI Output to a client, ensure that:
- You have the right under the relevant AI tool's terms to use the output commercially;
- The output does not infringe third-party IP or rights of publicity;
- You have documented the prompts, tools, and any third-party assets used.
4.4 Sensitive industries
When producing AI Output for regulated industries (financial services, health, pharmaceuticals, children's products, gambling, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, political advertising), additional rules apply at the country level. You are responsible for knowing and following them.
5. Community Standards
Community spaces (live sessions, forums, chats) operate on these expectations:
- Be respectful. Disagreement is fine; personal attacks, harassment, or discrimination are not.
- Stay on topic. Use the appropriate channel.
- Protect privacy. Do not share screenshots or recordings of community members without their consent.
- Credit creators. When sharing techniques or work from others, attribute them.
- Report problems. If you witness a violation of the AUP, contact a moderator or email support@lenivin.ai.
Moderators may delete posts, mute, kick, or ban participants for AUP violations.
6. How to Report a Violation
If you believe a User is violating this AUP, or if you find AI Output created by a Lenivin AI student that violates this AUP or the law:
- Email abuse@lenivin.ai with the subject line "AUP report".
- Include:
- The User's identifier (handle, email, or URL).
- A description of the violation.
- Links or other pointers to the location of the content (kept confidential within our team).
Important — suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM): do not download, copy, save, or attach the material itself. Provide only the URL or a description of where it can be found. Reproducing or transmitting such material is itself a criminal offence, even when done in order to report it.
- We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days. For urgent matters (CSAM, imminent harm), mark the subject "URGENT — AUP".
We may forward credible reports of illegal content to law-enforcement authorities. We will not disclose your identity to the alleged violator without your consent, except where required by law.
7. Consequences of Violation
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning.
- Remove the offending content.
- Restrict your access to specific features (e.g., community spaces).
- Suspend your Account.
- Terminate your Account, without refund.
- Refer the matter to a third party (e.g., a rights-holder, a payment partner, law enforcement).
- Pursue legal remedies, including damages.
For violations of §2.1 (CSAM, content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, human trafficking), we will report to UAE authorities (Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority and the relevant law-enforcement agency) and, where applicable, to international hotlines and authorities such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
8. Changes to the AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the change. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify Users by email and through the Site.
