5. Payment Processing
Online card and wallet payments on lenivin.ai are processed by Stripe (the contracting Stripe entity depends on your region) and/or PayPal, each a PCI-DSS compliant payment service provider. We do not store, process, or transmit your full payment-card data on our servers.
Depending on the method you choose at checkout, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, and other methods enabled through our payment processors from time to time. All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
6. Regulatory Information
LENIVIN AI L.L.C-FZ is licensed and supervised in the Meydan Free Zone by the Meydan FZ authority (a member of Dubai Holding). The company complies with UAE federal commercial, tax, and data-protection legislation, including:

7. Filing a Complaint
To file a complaint with us:
- Email legal@lenivin.ai with subject "Complaint — [your name]".
- Include your full name, contact details, order ID (if applicable), and a clear description of the issue.
- We will acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 15 business days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the regulators listed in §6, or — depending on your jurisdiction — pursue alternative dispute resolution.
